SO as i said it appears your curl is not sending host headers, and instead hitting the ip straight up, which of course wont work , its a virtual host server.

Ill see if i can test an alternate server url to test this, ill set my own up if necessary, and also explicitly send the header to see if that might fix your problem.

But it is also possible we are somehow blocking your host, or rather our host is.
Not sure how to tell that since it does not send back proper httpd codes, it just times out. Which is not normally how you do these things.
