Bad file - Warning

When I do a "Website Health Check", both /data/ and /data/pages/ give me a Bad file - Warning.

I have searched the Forums, but I'm not finding a solution. What have you done to correct the error?

.htaccess Existence
/data/ Bad file - Warning
/data/uploads/ Good 'Allow' file - OK
/data/users/ Good 'Deny' file - OK
/data/cache/ Good 'Deny' file - OK
/data/thumbs/ Good 'Allow' file - OK
/data/pages/ Bad file - Warning
/plugins/ Good 'Deny' file - OK
/data/other/ Good 'Deny' file - OK
/data/other/logs/ Good 'Deny' file - OK
/theme/ No file - OK

You are missing critical htaccess files, are you on apache?
You can copy the tmp/deny files over and name them .htaccess
