Editing HTML code of created pages
#1
Question
Kind time of days to all! Thanks to the developers for such a great CMS!
My main question is this: how can I edit the HTML code of the created pages (meta tags, for example, image ALT attributes)? In the Admin panel shows not all of the HTML code, and only a small part.
For example, the Properties page in the Admin panel, I filled out all the fields, and when testing revealed that create 2 meta tag description - filled first, second to none, also found that GetSimple created two H1 tags (again one filled and the second is not). Why is this so?

And the last question: Tell me, please, that I could not do so - having difficulty promoting the site in search engines (Yandex and Google)?
Advance very grateful for your answers and best wishes!

Did you even read the wiki, these are all very basic questions.
Meta tags an description are under page options.

Privet!

All information is available, it is your part to learn and study!

A) the editor description in our WIKI:
http://get-simple.info/wiki/how_to:wysiwyg_editor

you have to study how to use the editor

B) Search Engine Optimisationin our WIKI:

http://get-simple.info/wiki/seo_for_getsimple

why do you want to have good google - ranking and yandex-ranking when you do not know how to do the simplest things?

a) the meta-tags and keywords can be defined in the page options of each page
this is no feature of the editor, it is a feature of "site editing"

b) if you want to add attributes like title etc., include an image into a page and study all the possibilities which you get in the image-dialogue

you can study the CKEditor users-guide here:
http://docs.cksource.com/CKEditor_3.x/Us...ext/Images

c) if you want to learn how to push your site in search engine rankings, you can start here:

http://www.w3schools.com/web/web_search.asp

remember: the editor gives you all possibilities you need and the structure of GetSimple supports Search Engine Optimisation

your part is: you have to learn and understand

poka,

Connie

Dear shawn_a!
You do not quite understand me correctly. Meta tag "description" I filled in the page options, but for some reason GetSimple created them 2 times (like the tag H1, H1 there should not be more than one, as you know), here are screenshots:

So, how I can now edit the HTML code so that all correct?

Either your theme or some plugin is probably inserting duplicate template tags for meta description and page title.
What theme are you using?
Did you create it?

Well it's the theme's fault. The demo has this issue too.

You can edit its template file/s and remove unneeded code.

Duplicated meta tags were removed, theme is updated, so you can download new version
