The Matrix: Redirect

With the recent redirection plugins, I thought I'd make a quick one with The Matrix (done in less than a day).

(Note: I know that the _routes table was initially designed with this purpose in mind, but it was somewhat incomplete. I wanted to design a full plugin specialized for it)

Features
- Redirect from any url structure relative to the root of your GS installation, regardless of whether the page exists (e.g. 'slug', 'slug?page=2', 'any/kind/of/page')
- Time delay the redirection by a set amount (in seconds)
- Change title and content for the redirected page (you could do this anyways if the page already exists - this is for when the page isn't there, or can't be made, e.g. when the url structure doesn't allow for it).
