Saving Issues
#1
Hi all!

Wondering if anyone has had this problem. I have two templates. One for homepage (homepage-template.php) and one default template (template.php).

Issue: When I go to save a particular page it seems to change the template that I originally had selected for it. If its default it gets switched to homepage-template.php. Seems only to switch from default to homepage and not vice versa

Anyone know what might be causing this...

Thank you in advance!!!

It might be sanitizing it, does it do it if you replace the dash with an underscore ?

What version ?

What does it say when it says
Template file Innovation/template.php has successfully been updated!

I'm not using the innovation theme...I'm using my own Smile

I get his verbage....Your changes to history have been saved. Undo

I'm using the cke patch version of GS

The behavior isn't happening at the moment. Weird. Its been buggy today but the last hour so its been good. I just changed it with an underscore and it seems fine. So weird!

I haven't had this occur before.

Do you normally use an underscore? I will for now on.

Oh you mean the template selector in pages.

I thought you were editing themes.

You know when you select Page Options there's a drop down for template. I select it a certain template and save...then refresh the page on the front and it takes the wrong template. Wierd
