Just curious: why another Russian forum? You already had http://get-simple.ru/forum/ , and more recently http://forum.getsimplecms.ru/ (with great support by Oleg)

Anyway, for your information: I remember having read some time ago that get-simple.info's requirement for creating a non-English forum is that there has to be one or more moderators that understand the language.
