Missing Navbar After Upgrade to 3.2.3

Hey all.

I manage several sites that are all running GS3.2.1. I don't know if it's a problem with my themes or what, but when I upgrade to 3.2.3, all of my navbars disappear.

Any ideas?

Apologies, I meant 3.1.2.

What changed from 3.1.x to 3.2.x that broke theme's navbars?

How did you upgrade?
Did you replace the admin folder AND the index.php file ?
