Relationship page to target

with tinymce, there's an advanced tab for user to specify the Relationship page to target value but not in the new editor.
i need this to allow my client to specify the rel value to trigger a lightbox. changing source code is beyond them.

any idea where i can enable this in the getsimple 2.1?

the rel value for link finally available in CKEditor nightly build 3.5.3 http://nightly.ckeditor.com/

just copy/replace the dialog.js from the link plugin folder and the language file en.js
