Unfortunately, the plugin only supports creating fancy url links based on the default layout. For example:
For these to work, you need to add the correct lines to your .htaccess file. Go to the Settings section in the blog's admin area and enable Fancy URLs. There is will give you an example of how your .htaccess file should look like with the blog's lines in it.
