??? Blank Pages After Installation

On-- 8/17-- I installed the new 3.3.2 version (downloaded and uploaded from the same copy) on a clean domain (no files not even blank folders) and it is coming up with a back end but no front end? None of the templates are working. I am sure it is something simple. No pun intended.

Its not for a client or anything, its just a practice.

Has anyone else run into this problem?

Check you host error log

check the wiki section on debugging.

are you sure php is working ?
