Mozilla adds to every paragraph styles, because it does not work with some plugins, for example Paragraph Remover

maybe it happens only with Mozilla on Yandex

Found out the cause. Mozilla I from Yandex, so if I'm not logged in Yandex, then everything works fine after I enter the account starts this crap
CONCLUSION - be careful with Yandex Smile
CMS and the CKEditor at anything.
maybe I should make a video and send it somewhere?

could be corrupting the js, or messing with cdns.
Try nocdn
and check console for js errors

I would do 2 things
open browser console check for js errors
add About to your toolbar and see what version is loading, maybe yandex is proxying old version of cke
