The plugin alphabetic order is now based on file name. Plugin makers are free (but advised against) to make plugins with a specific name and then use a totally different filename. The Plugins page lists the Plugins with plugin names, but ordering is done by filename alphabetic order.
It would be nice if the alphabetic ordering is actually done based on plugin name instead of plugin file name.
(Also a filter could be useful)

I am pretty sure this is fixed in 3.4 but there are reasons it is done like this and it is explained in detail somewhere else

Well you can just link to the explanation..
Anyway, something else:
Almost everywhere in GS admin when you hover your mouse over some line it gets coloured yellow, so it's easy to change the setting on the right. Especially handy when using the sitewidth option. Unfortunately Plugins section does not have it so it is more difficult to enable/dissable a plugin.
