upgrade to 3.3.6

hello, i got some trouble after updating to 3.3.6
so i did a complete new installation, but problems still remaining.

put all new files via ftp to a subdomain, but i still says
"error: you have to delete install.php, setup.php or update.php manually"
and it says that i still have 3.3.5 and have to update to 3.3.6?!

i need help

you have permission issue, and it would appear your files did not copy

I would install fresh and copy move your data and theme and plugin stuff if you are still having issues.
