What solutions can I use to implement rating system for the articles on the website? Something similar to one used in GetSimple Extend repository. I couldn't find it.. Thank you!

You can write your own plugin. There is no ready-made rating system for GetSimple.

I think someone was working on one that might not be in extend, only forums.
Maybe a matrix plugin ..
