Backup Problem

Hello All,

i have a problem, if i make backup of the GSCMS from backend and i download the ZIP file (e.g. Firefox / IE etc.)
and i would like to open the local stored file on my PC i get allways the messags "folder can not open - the ZIP file are unknown" if i use Windows ZIP or 7Zip etc. the same.

Anyone has the same problems ? I do not make modifikations on server side.
