Storm Card, single column "I hate sidebars"

Hey, I created/modified a GS theme for a client, he said "I hate sidebars" and he wanted it to be plain and simple, so it is single column, no sidebar. I have to give credit to Chris because I used his Cardinal theme (hence, storm Card) as a base, so I thought I would share it with you here, hope you like it.
