Not sure if this is the best place to post this, but, I'm working on a site that needs a Petition script. I have considered using a guestbook. Anyone have any recommendations either way, or has anyone used anything perfect for this purpose?

By petition you mean you would like them to basically be able to check a check box, and type in a name virtually sign a petition?

If you give me the exact details I may be able to work something up for you.

Yes. I'd like signers to be able to check a box, such as yes or no, and type in their names, their email address, which should be invisible to readers, as well as...in this particular case, their Neighborhood and Zip Code.... and maybe a short comment.
