QUESTION Naming theme files

I have two questions.

1. Is it possible to name the specific theme templates, so they can be visible like template.php as "Default Template" in the GS theme editor?

2. Am I able to hide some js or minificated scripts/stylesheets in the GS theme editor? I'd like to make some js files not accesible by GS admin panel, like .inc.php files.
