Two home pages, cannot delete either one

Index is home page there is no option.

OK, I like that but assuming that the home page is the page that is loaded when I do http://www.website.com/getsimple/, how do I change its content?  It is different from the page "Welcome to GetSimpleSorry, your search returned no hits." in the page manager) and also different from the page named "Home" in page manager and there is no other page shown in the page manager that would remotely look like what I see?

I want to point out that all that was working fine when I originally installed GetSimple. Over time, I noticed that there were two copies of the "home" page, I do not know specifically what I did to make it so, I did not notice it immediately.
