GetSimple has some accessibility features integrated into the backed of the site. The main feature is the ability to use AccessKeys to navigate around and perform most actions. You can tell if a button and/or link is accessible via an AccessKey if there is a letter within that link that has a dotted underline.

When you first sign into your GetSimple powered site, you will be presented with this page. It lists all your pages in alphabetical order, then by parent groupings. As of GS 3.0, you are also presented with a Filter dropdown that allows you to automatically search all your pages by words in their titles.

GetSimple creates a backup of every page every time you make a change. Currently, it only keeps one revision at a time. The way you can tell if a page has a backup is to check at the bottom of the Page Edit screen. If a page backup is available, then you can either click that link, or head over to Backups -> Page Backups and find the page title that you are looking for. Once you clikc into that page's backup, you are presented with a few actions you can perform:

GetSimple will by default create ZIP archives (required modules) of all the important files within your installation directory. GetSimple-CKEditor comes with a default configuration file and with a default stylesheet-file (for the styles-combobox). There are hooks that are available to plugins to add additional logs, but the one that is part of the GetSimple core is Failed Login tracking. If there have been any failed logins, you will see the highlighted link on the Settings page.

This page Support -> Health Check allows you to see a quick view of the health status of your GetSimple installation. GetSimple's plugin system as of 3.0 will allow you to enable and disable plugins from the Plugin Management screen. Prior to 3.0, all plugins were enabled, and the only way to disable a plugin was to delete it from your server. By default, each plugin is enabled, and you need to explicitly Disable a plugin in order for it to stay on your server, but yet not get “loaded”.

GetSimple has an SVN setup over on Google Code. You have the ability to automatically pull down the latest SVN copy with the script below. Install PHPSVNClient Download and install PHPSVNClient and upload it to your server. Make sure you change the include_once line below to match the new path of where you installed it.

GetSimple provides you a simple way to quickly edit any theme you currently have installed on your system. It does NOT have to be enabled to be able to edit it. Simply goto Theme -> Edit Theme and choose the file you want to edit. Be warned that there are no backups taken before or after these edits. If you make a mistake, you will need to fix it yourself by either downloading the theme again (if it's available) or attempting to fix it thru code.
