So I have two questions:
1. How can I create three contact forms that send to different emails and don't have my emails in the source code? I tried using a plugin but those all require it to be in the source or have 1 default email.
2. How do I create an RSS feed to link to iTunes for a podcast. Everything I've tried gives me errors about incomplete code or some stupid reason.
Any help/advice is appreciated.

For the first one, you could make a gmail (one of the few that has filters for free) and make it forward to all three of you.
For the second, there are many podcast programs that automatically create rss feeds/files for you to put on your server.

And simple embed the contact form into a page.
