Hm, I do not see such a directory in GS:

"Unzip in Plugins folder Configure via Admin -> Plugins -> Dominion jCart"

There is no "Admin -> Plugins".

When you login to the control panel on the top navigation you should see a button that says plugins, this is what he is referring to I do believe.
