Have just installed Info Pop pluging (v1 13 Oct 2021) by Multicolor onto a GS 3.3.16 test site and I'm able to set all other settings except there is no field in settings window to insert the popup content, though field name "content" is there, just no field to type into. The popup displays ok, except the close symbol does not display, so no way to close popup.

maybe something plugin conflict? What are you using plugin on gs?Any error on console browser?
