Plugin Description:
This plugin provides Open Graph and other social integration's.
Add Twitter ID
Add Twitter Username
Add Facebook Page ID
Add Facebook Admin ID
Add Optional Facebook Open Graph Image
Add Google+ Publisher tags
Add Google+ Authorship tags
This plugin will insert all open graph meta tags globally and insert the page or post title, excerpt, image, etc.

Install Instructions:
Download, unzip and upload "cd_opengraph.php" to your plugin directory.
Visit CD - Open Graph / Social Settings for setup under plugins in your admin panel.
