Install Instructions:
Normal: Download, unpack, upload, activate.
Ready for Custom titles: just install the plugin, no need to edit the template.
Ready for Custom sidebars: The component 'sidebar' will be the default sidebar. Make a component and name it 'sidebar-slug' (so'sidebar-index' or 'sidebar-about') and that sidebar will appear on that page. See the wiki if you don't know what a slug is
