Freedom (Scrolling)
Theme Description:
DEMO: http://mattharwood.com/freedom-demo
Freedom is an Ubuntu-inspired theme for Get Simple. It is simple but pleasing, using the Ubuntu font and colours.
This new, updated version (1.1) includes independent scrolling of the content, keeping the newly left-aligned sidebar in place as the visitor reads your content.
Other small updates include a blog.php template, aiming to remove the title of the page used for News Manager, as it looked slightly disjointed and busy.
The CSS has also been tidied up slightly, with headings now having more consistent padding.
Main points: + Includes settings for Twitter/Google+/RSS icons in the sidebar + Nice, clean typography + Fast (almost no images)
Important: Settings You will want to edit the settings available at the top of template.php and blog.php - these include the logo and social media URLS.
You may also want to set the template for the page you use for News Manager (if used!) to blog.php
Please let me know where you're using it, and any other feedback! matt@mattharwood.com is my email address.
Thank you!
