Theme Description:
I rewrote the previous clearfigure template to make this. The theme is properly responsive for any size of device or window and has a pleasant picture of my local Nuclear Power Station as a default banner. Theme is working here: http://www.overstowey.com
Install Instructions:
Three Page Templates are default page and sidebar, full-width and 50-50 which makes the sidebar and page area equal columns.
Ready for custom titles, just install the plugin, no need to edit the template.
Ready for custom sidebars: The component 'sidebar' is the default. If you make a component and name it 'sidebar-slug' then it will appear on that page. No need to edit the template. See the wiki if you don't know what a slug is.
For custom banner images you do need to edit the template. Comment out <div id="banner" and uncomment the alternative <div id="banner" style="background-image.... Then put an image in the theme/images folder named 'slug'.jpg for each page using that template.
