GDPR plugin?

I searched through the forum but could not get any hit.
Is there a plugin that handles the GDPR notification requirements?
I could certainly write something but I cannot be the first one with the need to do something like that, just would rather not reinvent the wheel.

There are alredy plugins for this for many popular platforms avable at USER BANNED FOR SPAM

Would any of those work with GetSimple?
I thought plugins were platform specific?
