QUESTION How was the GS banner rotator made ?

Hi,

Can anyone tell me how the banner rotator is made
in the header of the page http://get-simple.info/ ?
Is it a plugin, a ported slider or custom coded ?

I see it has smooth sliding, a left side bar on each slide,
and a nice dot navigation on the left bottom.
