Turkish Charset

Hi all,

I will translate this for Turkish language. I duplicate en_US language file. And rename it tr_TR. I changed some words but not looking good. İĞÜŞÇÖ and others not working. How can i set charset to iso-8859-1 ?

Eg; Website Settings = Website Ayarlar�
Local Timezone = Yerel Saat Türü

Have you changed encoding of tr_TR.php to UTF-8?
