Can't authorise to admin panel no more

I haven't changed my login and password, but now when I tap them into form, it says nothing and returns cleared form. New password isn't sent to email provided. How can I take back control over the site admin panel?

UPD: now it sends "Login failed". But i didn't change login and password!!

Do you have FTP access to the site?
If so, you could edit the files that contains the password.
For example, if you login name was "admin" you could edit the file "data/users/admin.xml"
And then update your PWD line the line to:
<PWD>9d4e1e23bd5b727046a9e3b4b7db57bd8d6ee684</PWD>
Which would change the password to "pass"
