php multiple duplicate errors

Has anyone experienced this before ?

In my dev environment, i am getting 2 errors for every one.

With xdebug on i get 7 per one.

It is truly bizarre, i have no idea what is going on, i do not have any custom error handler or anything.

I think this is some kind of bug, its seems to be strict errors are all messed up.
