PROBLEM i18N sub menu problem in IE11

I have discovered that the submenus do not appear in IE11 unless the website is added to the IE Compatibility list in the browser.


Does anyone know of any fix for this?  Is it a known bug and is it likely to be fixed in a future version?

I first noticed it on a site with GetSimple 3.3.5 & i18N 3.2.8 - I upgraded to GetSimple 3.3.7 bit the issue is still there.

This probably has more to do with your theme and css, submenus are just nested lists.

Thanks for the tip, but this happens with several themes and I don't think anything in the css had been changed other than colors.  It does appear to be all of our sites using the i18N navigation submenus, those using nested menus 1.4 work in multiple browsers(including IE11).

Give us an example, because it really is about CSS that submenu doesn't show up or is shown with glitches
