We have been using GetSimple CMS 3.3.16 in two of our websites with more than 1000 Pages for the last few years under PHP 7.4.8.

We were unable to update pages in Admin when the CMS was tested under PHP 8.1.6.

We have found the PHP 8.1.6 Compatible GetSimple CMS Version at the following Thread:
