Component to

I have a client who wants to have access to the Components, but I have been a real 'meanie' and restricted his user access to the Themes and Plugins. He keeps playing with the theme and messes up the style.css code!

Is there a way to relocate the components page to be accessible through the 'Pages' tab and placed on the right hand side menu, away from the 'Themes' section, please?
