Flash in the header

I have added a flash header/banner, however every time I change page the header hence flash reloads,
Any Suggestions?

This is as it should be and there’s little you can do about it. When you switch pages you don’t just switch text but you switch the whole page, meaning the browser needs to put everything in again including images and flash resources.

If you don’t want this to happen you could use Javascript (AJAX) to only switch the contents of the page and leave everything else untouched. Another way would be to use frames but I can’t recommend that from a SEO or accessibility point of view.
