Is anyone else seeing this: When I make a change to something within Settings, I get no confirmation saying it was successful or error'd out...

Yes, it happens on latest SVN revision of GS 3. Only warning I could get is after clearing email field, warning is displayed below field. I noticed it a couple revisions back, but forgot to report an issue.
