How to change admin timeout, please help

I'm looking for a way to extend or even remove the admin login timeout. I have a local installation of GS at home so I don't need to be logged out automatically each time I take a break.

What annoys me is that sometimes I make changes to a page and after I hit "Save" I'm asked to log in and all the changes I made are lost! I wish there's a way to keep admin logged in all the time.

I looked in gsconfig.php and in files in the admin folder but couldn't find any.

Please help.

To extend the login timeout, edit admin/inc/configuration.php and change this line:

$cookie_time = '7200';  // 2 hours

Change 7200 to the numer of seconds you want (or set it to something high like 999999...)

Or if you prefer to remove the login (anonymous access to panel, only for testing of course):
