GetSimple 3.1 r635 RC3 SyntaxHighlighting not display correctly

Hello

I currently use GetSimple 3.1 r635 RC3
SyntaxHighlighting not display correctly with same example code



with GetSimple 3.0 same ckeditor and syntaxhighligt display correctly example code

but ok with everything GetSimple 3.0

Does anyone have any ideas?

I looked into this and it seems that ckeditor is taking out the line breaks of the coding within the <pre></pre> tags. I have confirmed it works in 3.0 so it definitely seems to be something in 3.1
