there were questions like yours allready here in the forum, do a search

what do you mean by "big size", 200 or 2000 or 20.000 pages? "Big" is relative ;=)

there will be no problem to laod the sites, might be even faster than loading by MSQL queries

but I wonder how to organize big amount of pages in the page-administration, even with plugins, the list will be very long

yes, that is true, but this option ihas some problems, as you see here, and will not be continued from up GS 3.1
