GetSimple Plugins Installation Instructions

Hello, GS is new for me and am trying to integrate the “branded-login” plugin. But after copying the php file to the admin/plugins directory what do I do to use it?

the login hook that this plugin uses was broken - and subsequently missed in beta testing for 3.0. It's been fixed in 3.1 - so to use this plugin, you need to have 3.1 (which isnt out yet)
