An internal server error 500 ?
Means a syntax error in php, check php error log data/other/logs or a htaccess error in apache. Try removing your htaccess file. Do you get 500 on admin page and front end ? Do you get it on a fresh install ? What server environmental are you running ? More information

It appears that your install does not contain all the folders, install did not create the data folders.
