Hello,

Is it possible to use the multisite?

The purpose of this: create multiple subdomains with the sites, for example, site1.sitename.com, site2.sitename.com, etc.

These sites are independent of each other, but you can use the theme to all sites.

Not really, It might be in 3.4.
But in stable the paths are all hard coded in the code.

There's an (experimental, I suppose) multisite fork: http://get-simple.info/forums/showthread.php?tid=5228
(I haven't tested it so I don't know if it works, plugin compatibility etc.)
