upload image from local

Hi

I am new to get-simple, and while experimenting I see I can't add image to the page thru the editor.

When I click on add image it opens the popup where there is only the option to "browse server" which if I click takes me to the uploads popup with the list of folders that I created and the images inside it.

So it seems I have to first upload the images thru ftp, and only then select the image from the upload popup.

How can I upload from local computer?
Am I missing something?

Not very practical, and intuitive, but I guess there are tech reasons I don't know.
