PROBLEM Missing file: authorization.xml

Hi,
I got stucked with above-mentioned error.
I just downloaded GS, extract the structure by the hoster and gave all folder & files 0777.
authorization.xml is not part of the package, but anyway: the folder has 777.
Why there should be a problem to generate and save it???
I got the mail with my username & Password.
Normaly the software generates files etc. - by any www-user - no problem.
But why not that importend file?

It is generated by install , you might have reinstall
