There's a youtube plugin. But to be honest, you can switch to non wysiwyg editor or click on "view source" and paste there youtube's embed code.
Basically, you can add an "iframe" button to your wysiwyg editor's toolbar (refer to wiki) to embed external sources, but it might not work with every type of links you want to embed/paste.
