I agree with Connie; against someone who wants to steel the markup and now how websites work, there's no real way of protecting markup, css and javascript.
That said; for those who aren't to web-savy, presenting a side inside an iframe can put up somewhat of a barrier. So you create a HTML page, put in a iframe and provide some basic styling for the iframe and finally point the iframe src attribute to the site you want to display. Definitely not a fullproof way, but makes it a bit harder to rip your markup.
