how to get two extra CKEditor-plugins

Hi

I download youtube video embed from "http://www.get-simple.de/editor-plugins/youtube-videos-einbinden/ "
and i follow instruction steps and i get youtube icon in ckeditor tool bar [GetSimple CKEditor tool bar]

and i download MediaEmbed plugin from " http://drupal.org/node/655938 "
and i follow the following instrutions:
1. Copy the "mediaembed" folder and place it in the ~/ckeditor/plugins directory.
2. Enable the plugin by changing or adding the extraPlugins line in your configuration (config.js): config.extraPlugins = 'MediaEmbed';
3. Add the button to your toolbar by adding the 'MediaEmbed' item to the list.

when i add mediaembed plugin then yout tube is disappeared and viceversa... i need two plugins in toolbar how to get extra plugins...

And i need to know how to use ultimate mp3 player plugin and mp3 extended plugin after installation in Getsimple CMS with any example site using ....
