I usually just edit it directly in the .xml file within my web provider's file manager. Open the file and edit what is between the <creDate> and </creDate> tags, ensuring your new date is in the same format. Then open and resave your page in the admin panel of GetSimple and your creation date should be fixed (that final step is to fix any caching errors that might otherwise crop up).
