Ive solved it (i think anyway)
Its probably a space somewhere in the code.. probably inside a plugin or in the theme file..
Check the last row in each file after ?> <--is there a space here?
Some browsers/computers can handle the redirect with a space before the header is sent... but some can not handle that.. maybe thats why the problem appears and disappears without any changes!
